We have developed a broad range of policy forms to meet the requirements of each client's unique needs.  If there is an unusual exposure to water or wind or earthquake or tornado or landslide, we can develop customized coverage for the exposure. If the property to be insured is a condo, or a rental, or a time-share, we have the policy form that meets the need.

Exposure to tidal water presents unique challenges that we solve routinely. Seasonal properties and those leased to others are also routine to us. And business use on the premises is an insurance problem easily solved.
